Prague Hotel and Pickup Address Search

Address search notice updated: 6 October 2026.

When you type at least three characters into the hotel or pickup address field, our server sends that search text to Google Places API to suggest Prague hotels and addresses. Selecting a suggestion requests its address details. This feature does not load a Google search script in your browser or set cookies for address search, and works independently of analytics and advertising cookie choices.

These requests do not include your booking name, email address or browser IP address. Google receives the search text, a temporary random search-session identifier and our server's IP address. Avoid entering unrelated personal information in the search field. We do not save search text or suggestion lists in our application; your chosen pickup address is handled as part of your booking. Our hosting provider may retain ordinary technical access logs under its own retention policies.

You can enter your pickup address manually. To prevent further search requests, use the “Enter address manually” option next to the field. Address search is used only to help arrange your requested pickup, not to enable analytics or advertising. You can change optional cookie choices in Cookie settings.

Bespoke partner enquiries

The Tell us your dream form collects your contact email and the message you enter. Your email is prefilled from your B2B sign-in and can be changed before sending. We use these details only to respond about your requested adventure. Enquiries are stored privately in our WordPress administration and sent to our team by email; they do not create a booking or a newsletter subscription. Please do not include guest names or medical information. Retention and contact details are described below.

Partner availability and NET quote requests

For a programme quotation, we collect your contact name, company, email, preferred dates, adult and child counts, child ages without names, room preferences and requested programme changes. Custom programme requests also include the chosen number of days and the activities selected for each day, in your preferred order. We use these details only to check availability, prepare a proposal and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit guest names or medical information in this form. Requests are stored privately in our WordPress administration and sent to our team by email. This does not create a booking or a newsletter subscription. Retention and contact details are described below.

Partner access and programme enquiries

Adventure Tribe uses the email submitted in a programme enquiry only to respond about the selected programme. Partner access requests include your name, work email, company, website and optional programme interests so that we can assess your request and communicate with you. These forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Partner sign-in uses your access code and the email you provide. The email is a contact identifier, not a verified identity. We retain the latest sign-in time, supplied email and aggregate sign-in count for each code so that we can administer and revoke access. Codes are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords.

The necessary security cookie __Host-at_form expires after 24 hours and protects forms from forged submissions. The necessary sign-in cookie __Host-at_partner lasts up to 8 hours and expires sooner if the access code expires. These first-party cookies are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; they are not used for advertising or analytics. They operate when you use these forms or sign in, independently of optional marketing cookie consent.

Enquiries and access requests are held in our WordPress administration and sent to our team by email. They are kept while handling your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and can be removed on request where no legal retention obligation applies.
