Welcome to Adventure Tribe, operated by Bc. Jan Sudek, with its registered office in Prague 4, Czech Republic („we,“ „us,“ or „our“). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including guided tours and related activities in Prague and its surroundings. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Services Offered

We provide one-day tours and guided activities in Prague and nearby areas. Our services may include tours in urban settings and natural environments, such as forests with marked trails.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Booking: Reservations can be made through our online platform or in person.
  • Payment: Clients can pay online via credit card(2%fee) or in cash. Online payments are processed securely.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  1. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or program due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and offer suitable alternatives.

  1. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in our tours involves physical activity and may include potential risks associated with outdoor environments. By joining our tours, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and health before participating.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during our tours, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Follow all instructions provided by our guides.
  • Adhere to local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Refrain from behavior that may endanger yourself, others, or the environment.
  • If you are booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for ensuring that all participants are aware of and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
